Refund policy

We believe you’ll feel the difference with THERA Nordic products. But if a product doesn’t work for you, you are covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

1. Returning opened products

Order any of our smaller sizes, and if you’re not satisfied, simply let us know within 30 days. Tell us what didn’t feel right and we’ll refund you right away. No return necessary.

You are eligible for refund when it is:

  • Smaller size of product
  • First time purchase of given product

 

2. Returning unopened products

For returning unopened products for refund, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving your product
  2. Arrange for and pay for the return using a trackable carrier (UPS, DHL or similar).

Please follow these steps to return the product to us:

  1. Include your name and order number inside the package.
  2. Send the product to our returns address below 
  3. Wait for your refund. The refund will be processed within 48 hours of the product reaching our warehouse.
  4. To make sure there are no delays in processing your refund, please send the tracking code and a photo of shipping label to info@theranordic.com so we can keep track of it.
