Your clinical AI assistant
Meet Nexus.
Nexus is THERA Nordic's AI clinical support advisor — available directly on this site, any time, with a level of detail built specifically for practitioners rather than consumers.
- Intervention-level dosing — protocols and thresholds not shown in consumer mode, cited directly from our clinical references.
- Mechanism of action, in depth — the pharmacology behind a recommendation, not just the recommendation itself.
- Precise contraindications & drug interactions — stated clearly, without consumer-style hedging or disclaimers.
- Direct links to the right article — Nexus finds and links the specific case study, white paper, or clinical reference relevant to your question.
- Available whenever you need it — no searching the site or waiting for a reply.
The range
Seven products, each with a clear clinical role.
A focused overview of where each product fits in practice. For the full mechanism and evidence, follow the "Science behind" article on each.
Gut barrier restoration and mucosal repair — the core healing product across active GI inflammation and damage from NSAIDs, antibiotics, stress or inflammatory disease.
- L-Glutamine fuels enterocytes and upregulates tight-junction proteins, directly reducing intestinal permeability.
- Zinc L-Carnosine binds selectively to inflamed mucosa for sustained, localised zinc release right where it's needed.
- Acid-independent — sits alongside PPIs and supports supervised weaning protocols.
The most intensive gut-lining formula — for heightened gut sensitivity, compromised integrity, or patients who don't tolerate L-Glutamine.
- Pharmaceutical-strength Zinc Carnosine with colostrum and glycine-rich collagen to rapidly regenerate the lining.
- Soothes inflammation and strengthens the mucosal defence barrier.
- Pairs with REZCUE in more advanced or severe cases for synergistic support.
Hypochlorhydria and protein maldigestion. Consider where there's post-meal belching, undigested food in stool, SIBO history, unexplained low B12/iron, long-term PPI use, or age-related decline.
- Betaine HCL restores gastric acidity; bitters stimulate secretion and pepsin reinforces protein breakdown.
- Titrate to comfort: 1 capsule per protein meal, increase by 1 every 3–5 days until a warm sensation, then drop back by one.
Antimicrobial support for SIBO, SIFO and Candida overgrowth — a botanical approach where antibiotic resistance and tolerability are concerns.
- Carvacrol (oregano) and allicin (garlic) provide broad antimicrobial activity against unfriendly bacteria.
- Delayed-release capsule for targeted action in the small intestine.
- Works well alongside Triple HCL, REZCUE and Daily Healthy Fibre in a comprehensive protocol.
Broad-spectrum enzyme support for post-meal bloating, indigestion and incomplete digestion — useful where capacity is reduced or meals are poorly tolerated.
- Covers protein, fat, carbohydrate and fibre, and effectively digests gluten and milk proteins.
- Improves nutrient absorption and eases bloating, indigestion and post-meal discomfort.
- Complements Triple HCL where both acid and enzyme support are indicated.
Bowel regularity and prebiotic support. Best suited to IBS-C and constipation-dominant presentations, and where cholesterol management is relevant.
- Soluble and insoluble blend provides fermentable substrate for butyrate production, supporting colonocyte health.
- IBS- and FODMAP-friendly; supports a healthy microbiome and regular movements.
Gentle, natural relief for constipation — a softer alternative to typical laxatives, suitable for ongoing, comfortable use.
- Magnesium (hydroxide + citrate) draws water into the bowel via osmotic action to soften stool and ease movements.
- Actazin® green kiwi adds fibre and actinidin to improve stool consistency without gas or bloating.
